Stephen L. Wells' areas of concentration are real estate acquisition, sale, financing, development and operation, federal and state taxation issues, business formation including partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions, securities and estate planning. He is a MBA/CPA who has taught at the Olin School of Business at Washington University. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
