Richard H. Ulrich's areas of concentration are general civil litigation and school law. He is a certified mediator and a Missouri State Hearing Officer. Dick has 30 years of trial experience in many areas including class actions, commercial disputes, personal injury and domestic relations. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the court of Missouri.
