Michael M. Sayers' areas on concentration are estate planning, probate administration, taxation and business transactions. A substantial amount of his work is devoted to counseling clients of the firm who are business executives or the owners of private companies, in areas such as business succession, asset protection, charitable gifting and estate planning. Mike also represents clients before the IRS and in the U.S. Tax Court, where he has been admitted to practice since 1983.
