G. Lane Roberts' areas of concentration are banking, securities law, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and real estate development.  Lane is currently the President of Four Seasons Group, Inc.  He started his practice as Law Clerk to the Honorable James H. Meredith, U.S. District Judge, Eastern District of Missouri.  Lane is a 1968 graduate of University of Missouri at Columbia School of Law where he served on the Board of Student Editors for the Missouri Law Review.
