Brian K. Rull's areas of concentration are taxation, estate planning and administration, entity formation (including partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, not-for-profit and charitable organizations), mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions, employee benefits and ERISA. He is licensed to practice before the courts of Missouri, Illinois and the U.S. Tax Court and is also a Certified Public Accountant. Brian's prior work experience includes employment with the Office of Chief Counsel - Internal Revenue Service and the global public accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP.
